If I want to see real time PPC ads that are running in the UK in India how do I see them?
Does www.google.co.uk in India show the same ads that are running in google.co.uk in UK?

Firstly, Google shows the ads or search results with based on users interests. That means Google shows the ads according to the demography, means the country and local users interest.
If you search for googlemoney in India, you will see the googlemoney.in as the result where .in belongs to India, if searched the same in UK you will get googlemoney.co.uk or something else, but not googlemoney.in.
So, don’t expect the same results in both countries. I will tell you one thing, forget UK results will vary from Hyderabad and Mumbai in India.
